Gem in the capital. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially the manager. Nice location near the sea but closer to many attractions of Colombo city. Quite and calm. Good choice of meals. Clean and well arranged rooms. Would stay again

Very convenient. Fully equipped. Nice view at Town hall. In the building there is shop, nice relocation area with pools, sun beds. Gym. Very good location.

It is full furnished, well equipped 3 bed room apartment. Host has fully loaded the apartment to make it comfortable for the guest. I will definitely rate 12/10 stars. There are good restaurants down, 2 min walk down marine drive. All three bed rooms have balcony and are road/ sea / rail facing. Morning breeze and moments are amazing. Thanks

The apartment was very clean, very spacious and well prepared for our arrival. The owner was already waiting for us when we arrived and we had a smooth check-in and check out process. All the rooms had beautiful views. It was quiet and peaceful. We had access to other amenities like the Pool and Gym as well. The location was super convenient with restaurants and shopping malls. We had a comfortable, issue free stay. We will definitely recommend this property and we will definitely consider staying there the next time we visit SriLanka.

Beautiful property, probably the best you can find in this price range in the city. We were so happy to have booked this for our honeymoon stop at Colombo. Perfect for couples. The fab downstairs is also a plus.

The location is so nice and easy to access for restaurants, transportation and all related services. Apartment is well arranged and clean. Pool is very nice and I enjoyed lot. Specially, the host Mrs. Jayangani is so kind and always ready to assist for any requirement.
