We recently had a nice breakfast experience at the restaurant, the food was delicious and service was top notch, our waiter CAN was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our meal, the restaurant has an artistic garden. The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful.

The entire staff was very welcoming and caring, write from helping with the luggage to welcome tea, tourist information related sights nearby, restaurant, booking for shows, etc, they would really go out of the way to see the comfort and safety of their that was their real USP, thank you all for making our stay so wonderful.

First, It is not a hotel. It is rather a hotel apartment with 2 floors and a floor underneath. It is about 10 minutes walk from Taksim Square. The staff are very friendly and helpful whenever you want sth. The room was clean and had a microwave, a mini fridge, plates, and glasses for 2 persons, and an iron. The room's air conditioning system was good. I didn't try the breakfast. There is a point for this place that usually you can't find many people speaking English in Istanbul but their receptionists were able to communicate and that was important for me. After all, I think that this place is one of the best for a solo traveler who wants to stay somewhere near Istiklal St. and Taksim Sq, but maybe not the best option for a family. It was my third time in Istanbul and Element Garden was better than many 4-star hotels in the city, You can feel like your home. Thank you for everything, and wish you the best for your career.

I liked everything in Benser Hotel. especially the staff Everyone was friendly and helpful. Hatem was so professional, and he went the extra miles to make sure I got everything I needed while staying in the hotel. The staff made sure the breakfast was ready on time and made sure everything was there . I am so happy about the customer service I received from the morning staff and the evening staff. The cleaning staff never missed a day , and they were very nice. This is the best hotel if you want to stay in Istanbul and so near to Sultan Ahmed ( the Blue Mosque and Hajia Sofia Mosque. For the price, services, and cleanliness of this hotel, I will say it's a catch 😉. Thank you, Hatem, for everything 🙏
