We were welcomed with a Moroccan Tea which made the check-in experience even more pleasant. On the day of check-out the staff also let us store the backpacks during the day in their hotel. I would certainly go back!

The lady at reception treated us as a family member since check-in until check-out. She kindly showed us all the beautiful riad, and was very helpful during all our stay. The staff at restaurant is very kind and helpful, always asking for your needs. Spa facilities - hammam and massage at the highest level. Our stay was amazing thanks to this wonderful Riad and their staff. We are very thankful especially to Mohamed and Suleyman for being so helpful and polite. Mohamed explained to us very well the streets and famous attractions, he also helped us with translating and having conversations with guides. The staff helped my boyfriend in arranging a birthday surprise for me. Our rooms were cleaned every day, it was very tidy. Again very big thanks to those amazing and kind people that took part of making our holiday wonderful.

Rooms are elegant and comfortable and come equipped with free Wi-Fi access, luxurious décor and furnishings and modern en suite facilities. A water bottle is offered in each room. very good location, 15 min walk to main square, riad was very stylish, great trees and furnishing. Our room was very spacious, super clean. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Great Moroccan breakfast. Totally recommended.

The overal location is great and close to everything in Essaouira. The hosts speak mostly French but have no issue adjusting to English. They are really nice and a great help when in need for some help. Breakfast was really good. Rooms are a bit noisy, but that is common in every Riad I'd say. if you're a light sleeper, bring some earplugs.

We enjoyed here 8 glorious days, spending most of the time by the swimming pool. The hotel is an oasis of peace, where we relaxed on the sun lounges roasting under the Moroccan sun. The outdoor spaces don't need any further praise, the images are enough to describe the beauty of the place, but we can surely say something about the top-notch hospitality, with an incredibly thoughtful staff that was always available for our needs. Special thanks to Ahmed and Hamid (hopefully the names are spelt correctly) that assisted us with our daily requests, but our praises go to the whole staff, that contributed to our stay. Having so many days to spend in the villa, we had the chance to try almost the entire menu; the portion sizes were very generous, flavourful and had enough variety that we didn't get bored - big shout out to the "Beef with prunes", absolutely out of this world. The room was always very clean and had a pleasant smell, the size was perfect and the water pressure and temperature were fine. We didn't find the hairdryer, but as we had our own, we didn't ask (but keep this in mind). As a final note, we left our hearts in this place where everyone was always warm and welcoming. Definitely a place to consider for a mid to long stay in Marrakech, if you are looking for a relaxing stay with occasional trips to Medina. See you next year :)
