This place is a real find! The apartment was brand new and finished to an exceptional standard. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed including power on the balcony which was great for work. It’s only 5 minutes from town and 10 minutes from the main Ksamil beach. Egli was so helpful, he even did our laundry and arranged for a car to take us to Sarande. It’s incredible value and we cannot wait to return here soon. Thanks Egli!

AMAZING experience, 10/10! The apartments are new, well maintained and the owners are friendly and speak good English. The location is perfect, it's in a quiet neighborhood but just 10min walk from busy Ksamil center full of restaurants and night life entertainment. There are also a few restaurants around and a shop nearby. A beautiful small beach is only 3min walk, clear water, nice service. You can also park your car easily in front of apartments. The rooms are spacious and everything works well and is comfortable. There is also a little terrace where you can sit (and barbecue). If you need to take a bus to Seranda, the bus stop is also just 5min walk. Everything was perfect, 100% recommended!!!

Very cute apartments with a gorgeous view and very nice staff. I stayed there 5 days and truly felt like at home. very clean, quit rooms. Location is also very nice. 5 min walk till restaurants, shops and beach. Apartment is on higher place which gives beautiful view especially on sunset.
