Such a great deal!!! We made some mistakes of booking only one person on the website, but seems the price is different for the size of the group, luckily, Dan was able to help us. They take deposit before check in. I assume, since it isn't big commercial hotel and run by local residence so and trying to protect her property and it's reasonable. The deposit is refundable. The house is very spacious, 3 bedrooms, 2 livings. 2 tvs. Tons of monitors, seems really good for gaming and working. They also have printer, paper etc. Location is great, very close to downtown area, and shopping mall, many restaurants around. The host is very helpful too, she offered to give us a tour, and we got some tips of how to get around. It's a good deal! We love it!

It was a beautiful penthouse with a lovely view of the rising sun. The patio was a great place to quietly sit enjoying a morning coffee (the coffee maker is the fastest brew ever!) or evening drink (though it was a little cool in November). The area has some great little "one of" stores; delis, bakeries, little cosy restaurants, all within a short walk. Getting downtown to the harbourfront was an easy 40 minute walk with a few steep climbs around the citadel on return. The apartment was great for eating in with everything you might need for a simple meal. Super clean and comfortable.

The room’s cozy and clean, a nice view and just where it’s situated. It’s where a charming 200-year-old restored fishing village, a morning walk is a must, it’s nice and quiet.
