They helped us in many ways, getting more towels, getting replacement sheets, getting a taxi reservation, finding our way to town for a tour and helping with our luggage, which was heavy after three weeks of travel. We loved the large bathroom and room itself.

Delightful room, at the top of this characterful house on the hill above Bath. Very clean and comfortable. I slept very well despite a major storm outside. The staff were very helpful, particularly Emily and the breakfast team, making sure I had all I needed as a vegan, including a scrumptious breakfast. Having parking on site was very useful and I enjoyed the walk into town and even the walk back up the hill via the little hidden pathways.

It is very close to the Royal Crescent and a short walk (10 minutes) into the centre of town. The views from the apartment were spectacular. This place is amazing! So clean and spacious in a really great location. Only minutes the the Roman Baths! We had our two teenagers with us and only spent one night here but wished we had booked a longer stay as we loved this accommodation so much! Would highly recommend this place!!! We had a wonderful stay!!

The location was perfection it was such a cool experience the swans came up in the morning to say hi and at night it was very cozy with the fire for warmth. The owners where very nice and accommodating.
