Hello, Our experience at the Smallville Xpress was amazing from checking in to checking out. The staff was really friendly and helpful.The room, bathroom, kitchenette and balcony were really clean and comfortable, There was constant electricity and hot water all the time, Wifi connection was excellent, location was excellent as there was a bakery and a mini market less than a few minutes away, And also a cafe in Sodeco square less than a few minutes away walking. We had a lovely and happy experience, I would highly recommend anyone going to Beirut to stay at this hotel. Thank you Rita, and the entire staff for all your help in making our stay memorable and enjoyable. See you all again soon hopefully. Thanks Again :)

The staff were very helpful, especially the lady at the reception because she was always very polite. My initial room was on the 4th floor but I could hear traffic from the main road, which I didn't like. I complained to her and she kindly moved me to the top floor, which was very nice and quiet. Very clean rooms and comfortable stay. The breakfast was also nice.
