By far the best place I have been to. All modern, new clean building next to one of the main roads. You take a tuk tuk everywhere super easy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very nice people. The room has everything, convenient desk, AC, fan, and a big private bathroom. Also a nice common area with kitchen and free laundry. Amazing.

We arrived around 3am. Upul had organised a driver to pick us up at the airport who was prompt and drove us from the international airport to Kandy. Upul and his wife greeted us with a drink and were so very welcoming and gracious despite the very early hour of the morning. Upul's wife cooked breakfast for us for the few days we were there, and we can confirm it was some of the best food we had for our whole trip! Upul's property itself is incredibly beautiful, and a green oasis in the middle of quite a busy, dusty city such as Kandy. Couldn't recommend this property enough. Upul really looked after us during our stay and we're so glad we chose it!

Everything was great. The breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect and the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean and the wifi also worked very well. Suneth was great company and a very nice man. He gave us great advice, organised a tour for us which was fantastic and also a very very good price. He also organised the cultural dance tickets for us which was brilliant. 10 out of 10, highly recommend staying there.

Gaya is the best host ever, taking me on excursions and to medical appointments (acupuncture nearby was great and so affordable)cooking for me (ask her to make her delicious salad) and providing this elegant space to relax in. Jaga and his lovely family are great hosts and very welcoming. You will feel right at home! The house is a bit of a climb from the town, but you get rewarded with a great view and you can even see the Buddha statue from the terrace. They serve great breakfast and dinner in case you are to lazy to go into town, and are ready for recommendations of what to do in the area. I would definitely stay here again!! Big thanks to the family for making my stay in Kandy so pleasant :)

Not many hotels where you are encouraged to wander in the kitchen to watch dinner being prepared. And yes, the food is excellent. So was the room, and the view of the Kandy valley from the infinity pool is not to be missed.
