Very nice and spacious rooms with a kitchenette and a big bathroom. Everything is new and extremely clean. Very friendly and helpful host. It's a bit uphill, but for this part of the country, great location. Once you park at the property, there are alternative ways/stairs to take down to the beach, so you don't have to walk on the road. We went in the winter, but for those visiting in the summer, there is a big outside communal kitchen/gathering area with tables and benches, seems like a great hangout spot
