Every apartment has a separate wi-fi router, which I had never seen. Internet quality was excellent, and I head no trouble working from there, zoom call and all. Parking is also great - everyone gets assigned a parking space at the beginning and you can come and go without worrying that you wouldn't be able to find a spot. Outside gym was also a great bonus. From security standpoint also great: gate is locked and opened with a chip, camera surveillance and a live guard at night.
