The place is very quiet, located on the top of a mountain with great views of the Andes; not to mention the company of Rocky (the hostel's llama). Victor Negret, the manager and owner, was so helpful and nice, prepared me delicious and well-served breakfast and dinner with so much care and love. I ended up extending my stay because it was very pleasant. A great plus of Starlight Inn is that you have coffee\tea available at all times and also bikes included in the price. It's just so much value for the money. Thank you for your hospitality, Victor, I'll definitely recommend your place to anyone I know and hope to come back soon.

There is free private parking and the property offers paid airport shuttle service. Loved my stay! Dona Clarita was wonderful and warm, she dried my soaking wet hiking gear and boots and served really good food. The bed were comfy. And theres free coffee, tea, cookies and brilliant banana bread!

We are still blown away by this hostal. It was so nice to arrive and see this amazing view, and chill in the hammock while having tea and reading. Nice and big chilling area downstairs. The rooms are big, the breakfast was outstanding. When they serve the dinner, everyone comes to the table and talks about the hike and their journey. Everything was perfect. Just book it!

The room was a lovely, spacious and comfortable so was great value for money. The main attraction of this hostel however and what sets it apart from other hostels is the people who work there. They will make an incredible effort to make you feel welcome and part of their wonderful family. Maria is also an excellent cook so you will receive a lovely breakfast and dinner and will make you a packed lunch for the next day on request. I couldn’t recommend this hostel more to anyone looking for an authentic and wholesome stay with some lovely people.

Towels and bed linen are available in the holiday home. The accommodation offers a fireplace. Oh, my regrets of not booking this place longer. This was a wonderful location for my family. Safe, Secure, Clean, and Fun. Close to Cotapoxi for hiking and other outdoor adventures. Lovely place that the pictures of the dwelling do not do suffucicent justice. Plenty of space and washrooms. Even secure outdoor location for entertainment. Blankets are nice and warm. Really, book this place for a longer stay then we did.

Sightseeing tours are available in the neighbourhood. One of the owners has perfect English skills and is extremely helpful. Our room will speak inside a large window with view over the town and the mountains. For a very low price for this hostel even office daily room service!
