Loved the onsen and lounge area downstairs. Also nice that they had a very well equipped kitchen although we didn’t use it

The room was spacious and extremely comfortable, they have thought of everything really. Equipped with both a kettle and a coffee machine, multiple hair drying-styling equipment and amenities. The teppanyaki dinner was delicious and included gourmet choices of ingredients and drinks. Staff were extremely attentive and polite. A stay to remember for life.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 27 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station. The holiday home has family rooms. Everything was great! 4 adults and 4 kids stayed there perfectly. Apartment was clean, had plenty of towels, disposable toothbrushes and body washing sponges. The manager was super nice, and the location was very convenient. We didn’t have a car, but everything was so close, so we didn’t need it anyways. We had amazing view of spectacular fireworks at the roof top!! I can keep going for many more positive experiences. We will be back!

The property has sea and mountain views, and is 32 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station. The guest house features family rooms. Mr. Kim and Aya are wonderful hosts. The property is located on an uphill route, and we would not have been able to walk there from the station. They arranged to pick us up and send us off upon our arrival and departure. Mr. Kim extended us a bonus service when he drove us out for dinner as well. The resturant he had recommended was a real treat! They really made us feel at home and comfortable. The in-house onsen was clean and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was peaceful despite that many students were being hosted at the same time. The kitchenette had both cold and hot beverages for guests. The breakfast was simple but filled us with warmth. I highly recommend this place!

The dinner was a wonderful culinary experience with top-quality ingredients. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Perfectly located near Atami, it's an ideal retreat. If I could, I'd give it more than 10 stars. Just perfect!

Large place with different corridors which makes it feel a little mysterious. The dining room is very nice with a nice garden view. Food was excellent. Onsen was very good. All in all, nothing unique but a very very good ryokan.
