The house was clean, tidy, well presented and had everything we needed for our two night stay. The person I was messaging with was very quick at replying and couldn't have been more helpful The view out on the lake from the back of the house was beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily rebook next time we come to the area. Thank you for a great stay

Very nice hotel with a lovely owner/hostess. Our room was spacious with two comfortable chairs, and the bathroom was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable too, and there was parking space for several cars in front of the lodge. You can make tea and coffee (provided by the hostess) with an electric kettle in the room, and there's also a mini-fridge. We had a very nice stay here.

the apartment was very modern, and spacious, we knew that this was a lovely place because we started thinking about how we could renovate our own home with the same style and lighting, the Host was excellent in terms of communication, we had asked if we could check in slightly earlier and he done his utmost best to make that happen, so we are thankful. also was a perfect location 5min drive away from the centre of Birmingham, and takeaway and off licence shops open locally until 3am in the morning.

The owner is a really nice and helpful lady. She didn't have a problem with my late chek-in. The room was also very comfortable, equipped with everything I needed. Shops and the bus stop with the direct transport to the airport nearby

The apartment is very well appointed with all mod cons plenty of space and a very comfortable bed. on arrival we were met by Omar who explained everything to us and told us to contact him if we had any issues. All in all an excellent apartment in the heart of the shopping centre. We will be back .

The room was large and comfortable although as it was above the main entrance there was a bright light outside our bathroom; we would book a different room next time. Very helpful to have the restaurant next door, especially at an awkward time of year with lots of restaurants shut. Breakfast ok but not brilliant, I missed my usual porridge.
