The owner is very kind and, friendly. He arrenge for us udawalawa safari .it is excellent. We saw lot of elephants. Also he arrenge sri lankan rice and curry to the dinner. It is soo diliecious as well as breakfast is soo good. We during wonderful time this lodge. We Highly recommend.

Best hotel so far in Sri Lanka. The manager was very kind and caring. We got a wet towel and welcome drink and a lot of water. The room even has a fridge to cool the water. They organized a safari tour with a good price/ value. We had a 12/10 stay, whished we could have stayed longer. Also great breakfast with various options and traditional food.

A green and beautifully run guest house where we really like to stay. The owners were some of the kindest people we met and went out of their way to give us advice and a smile! The owners talk to us very well. Dinner was perfect, very romantic and delicious buffet. We also booked a safari through them which we love, it was just the two of us in the jeep and we saw more elephants with a knowledgeable driver ( sujee ) .Definitely getting old. This was one of the most peaceful, lovely experiences during my trip around Sri Lanka. The tents were well equipped, spacious, and comfortable and made for a peaceful nights sleep. Madu the manager was so kind and helpful! The service and food was excellent- homemade traditional sri lankan food in big portions. We had a lovely time wandering around and going for a swim in the river with the friendly dog Lola. We would like to thank Madu and everyone at the property for their hospitality.
