Car is necessary for access and for trails further away, but it's easy to find and has plenty of space to park. There are multiple dining options and a small grocery store just a short walk away. The place itself is lovely - beautiful peaceful location with amazing view, well kept facilities and delicious breakfast with enough options to try something new each morning. You can also meet local wildlife - birds, squirrels and local cats were frequent visitors on the balcony, deer and sheep wandering about in the distance. We also took a dip in the Wharfe, which I highly recommend to everyone who can handle the chilly water!

Sorry we do not accept pets in our 3 person lodge or in the cottages. We do accept pets in all the other lodges. The photos didn’t do the justice it deserved, one of the best places we ever stayed at. The place is well looked after and a very cozy place. The communication with owners before the stay and during the stay was exceptional. 100% recommend!!!

My wife and I stayed at blackberry lodge for 2 nights. The accommodation was lovely, with everything we needed including an iron/ironing board and hairdryer. Everything you would need in the kitchen with a fridge freezer cooker and microwave. The accommodation was lovely and bright and the host Maxine was so friendly and helpful and we even got to feed the lambs. We will definitely be booking to go back. It was so relaxing looking out on the farm with the horses and chickens. You won’t regret booking.
