All rooms are serviced daily. The eye for detail to make us comfortable, stood out for us. The warm welcome in combination with the facilities were sublime. Hideaway - A Couples Retreat is situated in Akaroa and offers a terrace. This cottage has a garden and free private parking.

The cottage has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a patio with garden views. Host was excellent Lynn made sure we got to the prperty okay. Cottage a hidden gem, a nice romantic getaway. Location peaceful and handy walking distance to Akaroa. FIre was a nice treat and the cottage was warm and cosy.

From the location and friendly staff to the clean and spacious room and complimentary breakfast, the hotel exceeded our expections. Would 100% recommend and come back if we visit NZ again.

Quail Rest is located on Totara Peak Station which is a working High Country Station situated on the shores of Lake Benmore 22kms from Twizel township. Free WiFi and private parking is included.

This luxury accommodation is Off-The-Grid and supported by Solar, Gas and a log burner. It is a short 3 minute walk to the Lake and there is a sheltered mooring for your boat. The property offers views of Lake Benmore and Aoraki Mt Cook. Located perfectly for star gazing. Peace and quiet. Having a fireplace is really nice. BBQ is also lovely. Sonja the host is also lovely and communication went great at all times. Will for sure return in summer to experience it differently.
