An oven, a microwave and stovetop are also provided, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. This house was great. The owner Jorge, and his son Daniel were very friendly and helpful. Jorge spoke very good english, and his son Daniel spoke perfect english. We expressed an interest in food to them, and they made some great suggestions, and even did something more personal for us. The house was very large, but also very clean, which is somewhat rare for a large rental house. The materials used in the recent refurbishment were high quality, and didn't feel "cheap". There was excellent water pressure in the showers, and plenty of hot water for showers. The internet is fiber, and I got approximately 100mbps, with 6ms latency. The daily fresh bread delivery was perfect for us. The house is about 10 minutes from the main city of Braganca, but it is an easy drive, and we didn't miss being IN the city.

A beautiful wooden cottage, very clean, equipped kitchenette, very comfortable beds and a good sized shower. The terrace was massive with a private small pool, bbq area, deck chairs and an awesome view. Our host Cecile, was very welcoming and friendly. She showed us their wine making area and gave us lots of information on their vineyards, the wine making and Douro valley. We bought 2 bottles of their Sauvignon Blanc at a great price and with a superb taste. Thanks Cecile for your kindness.

The hosts were super friendly and provided recommendations for activities in the area. The garden was lovely with a great pool. The private setting offered a peaceful experience surrounded by beautiful nature.
