Stuben is a small village, no big choice of restaurants and you will need reservation everywhere. There is one bar for an after ski drink with limited aprés if you're after that part of the skiing experience.
Ski area Arlberg is among the best in the alps, although coming at an ever inflated price, but that shouldn't come as a surprise.

In summer it would have been excellent for hiking, in winter a perfect escape from the more frequented resorts, and very central for choosing a variety of ski fields. We stayed to see friends just before end of summer season. The pool and the spa were a wonderful unexpected bonus for the turn of the weather. A real plus and I would only ever stay at the Post in the future.

Mondschein is a beautifully renovated historic hotel that still holds its original charm. The sauna space is extremely relaxing with 3 saunas to choose from and other nice amenities. The bar and lounge areas on the ground floor are comfortable and inviting. There’s an extensive breakfast and dinner options conveniently available. The ski room offers ample secure storage for skis/boards, and boot drying right in the locker.
The dinner was absolutely fantastic and is a must! Dishes were prepared in a eye catchy manner from first class ingredients creating unusual yet delicious combinations. The selection of wines was appropriate while a wide range of other beverages were also offered.
The staff was also amazing, probably the most caring personal I have encountered during my hotel stays!
We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. It has a flair of an old building, but is very modern after the recent refurbishment. Cosy wooden interior, nice little spa area and good breakfast. Close proximity to Albonabahn I ski lift, so you don't need to use car in the morning to get to the lifts.
Location to main ski lift for connection to Arlberg ski area and very central in village. Budget price and availability good for a short overnight stay we were looking for. Breakfast taken in main hotel was nice, and complimentary parking was provided for duration of stay.
Breakfast is good standard buffet style. Room is modern.
Dinner menu was 5 courses and excellent.
The downstairs restaurant is very traditional style and has great atmosphere.
The hotel owner Marcus is very friendly and helpful
A cozy hotel with spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, a great sauna section where it's possible to take a dip in the cold pool during winter. The location is excellent in every way. And lovely, friendly staff!
Delicious breakfast. Super and creative restaurant and food. Friendly staff in particular in the restaurant. Modern setting. Could charge my EV close to the hotel but relatively expensive.
