We loved everything, from the first moment we arrived by car and opened our door
in the rain and we were welcomed with help and umbrellas. Loved the welcome as
we entered the House and the welcome drink, all very appreciated.
The meals were all amazing and the breakfast was excellent.

I loved that there were no TVs in the rooms. It was such a quaint and cosy place, and I loved the little touches and decor. Breakfast was also a highlight it was delicious. The whole place was just perfect and exactly what we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Great location

The property was spacious and very comfortable. Ample space for 7 of us and the beds were heavenly. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and the feeling of generosity in the books, hand creams and cushions around the home. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Autumn was fantastic, with burn orange leaves everywhere you look.
Weather was perfect, with cool windless days, with perfect blue sky's.
We will return.

Bundanoon was a very relaxing place to explore a few of the waterfalls and hikes in the area by day and then have a relaxing meal and drink at night - the perfect end to a long drive. Bundanoon is a nice, green town with some nice national parks and hikes in the area such as Fairy Bower Falls hike and Grand Canyon Lookout in Morton National Park.

Bundanoon is a great little village in The Southern Highlands and there are lots of events throughout the year; the pub has live music and the community hall has movies, concerts, markets, exercise classes, and always some type of activity going on. The train station is right in the heart of the village and it's about halfway between Sydney and Canberra and less than 2 hours drive. Bundanoon is the gateway to Morton National Park and is ideal for bushwalking, mountain biking and has great views from the lookouts which you can also drive to. Any time of year is a good time to visit Bundanoon.

Bundanoon is a serene, beautiful area with a REAL country feel . People are friendly - both locals and shop staff - and food outlets are great.
Nothing about Bundanoon is negative. Go to Bowral if you want traffic, city shops and rude people.

A peaceful village away from the hustle and bustle of the northern Highland villages. Cafes and general shops, railway station right at the shops, heading to Sydney or Goulburn. Many bushwalking possibilities in the immediate area.

This is a lovely little town with a charming main street. The Station is a beautifully quaint & well maintained structure.
The toilets in the town centre were spotless. Everyone we saw on the street said hello to us accompanied by a great smile.
The most beautiful scenic location that felt secluded but was only a 2-3 min drive from the main part of town. The owners were the most delightful, kind and welcoming couple and it felt as though we were all good friends. They continually endeavoured to make our stay perfect, lighting us a beautiful fire in the living area and offering to make us hot drinks- definitely more personable than any hotel experience.
The hotel is a good example of its era. I booked a bedroom with ensuite that was small with high ceilings and a window overlooking the garden and pool.
I met my family there for an enjoyable Mothers Day lunch. The steak was cooked as requested, medium rare and the fish moist. The deserts delicious.
The kids enjoyed playing in the gardens and on the tennis court.
Fantastic breakfast included in our mid-week stay for two nights. We love the location and ate at local restaurants for dinner. Our room was lovely with ensuite bathroom. Plenty of room for our short stay. A couple of really comfortable and warm sitting rooms with televisions for guests to use. Friendly hosts. Great value accommodation in Bundanoon.
Quaint pub, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillows. Lots and lots of blankets for a cold night. Heating was good. Very clean and tidy. Good location. Pub entertainment was on, lots of noise but it was happy noise. The guests were singing along with the music. Was just great! Had a beer in front of the fire, very nice 😀
It is a property we have stayed in before as it is around half way on our journeys. The location is ok, despite the nearby train line, which is busy and can be noisy at any time, although it could be a bonus for those who wished to take the train into Sydney from Bundanoon.
Close proximity to Bundanoon and Exeter. We were visiting Exeter for an engagement party. Good bedroom configuration and plenty of living room zones to relax in. With some TLC and closer attention to cleaning and outdoors area this property would be fantastic.
The owners Lucy & Tim were extremely welcoming and helpful. Plenty of lounge areas and a bar. Cozy fire places or heating in shared lounge rooms. Under floor heating in large bathroom. Breakfasts were delicious we would highly recommend Bundanoon Guest House.
We loved the character of the hotel which was rebuilt in the 1920s. Comfortable room with a huge ensuite bathroom. We enjoyed sitting around the fire on the big leather lounges. We also ate dinner at the hotel and our meals were excellent.

Beer prices were quite reasonable for a pub. Locals were friendly. It's across the rail line to some great boutique shops. Rooms were clean & basic. Reception very helpful & efficient.
Good, healthy breakfast. Property is good location for exploring Bundanoon and also for doing local bushwalks. The owners and their dogs were very friendly and welcoming.
