The grounds and building were beautiful.
The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The view was amazing and our two young boys loved exploring. Very easily accessible and felt quite private.

What an amazing 'tiny' slice of paradise. Blown away by the location of this accommodation, quite literally right Infront of the beach, 30 second walk to the water. Amenities are easy access, able to do laundry onsite.
Amazing restaurant at sister hotel "Seahorse Inn" food was delicious, alongside the beach front views outside the alfresco. Bar & restraunt staff very friendly, and can make a great cocktail.
Accommodation it's self was very clean, tidy and homely. Beds and pillows where very comfortable too.
BBQ and outside seating area included, blissful space for lunch or morning coffee listening to the beach waves.

Great hotel/motel - Heritage
Iconic information centre with friendly, helpful staff but no cafe/ dining?? This beautiful space is crying out for more amenities for weary travellers who are more than happy to spend some money..

Eden is charming and historic.
Eden is charming and historic. Good adjacent beach, some nice walks. It is very hilly, which makes for nice views but is a bit challenging to get around if you have old legs. Brilliant fish ‘n chips at the van at the wharf. Very friendly and helpful people.

Edan is a very friendly place to stay without having the hype regarding snobbery. Very down to earth and has a lot to offer in a most entertainment, sporting, family orientated town Most people will find great options in accommodation that will fit all types of budgets. I believe Edan is the hidden gem of the NSW Coastline but too many people overlook it in return for all the other so called cool and trendy options with unrealistic expectations.

This place is completely run down, everything old and worn out. Prices are high, our room was crawling with ants and the dust and cobwebs were built up for some time. Do not stay here! Period. It’s a pity as Eden is a gem of a town

Despite its ugly whaling history and forestry Eden is is a lovely place and at the other end of the nature scale from urban jungles. We spotted Skippy, Joey, Wally, lots of parrots and sea eagles, possums on the roof at night as well as a metre long goanna near Ben Boyd's 'lighthouse'.
Eden's main beach is a the stuff of postcards.
Townsfolk have done a great job with the whaling museum and most of needs were met by local retailers.
For those into creative expression, Eden's jetty / port with its tug boats provides some great material.
The Hotel Australasia is a beautiful historic property that has very recently been lovingly and lavishly restored. It’s atmospheric and quiet and situated in the centre of the historic town of Eden. It’s a nice walk from the hotel to the port. The pizzas in the restaurant are great (would recommend pizza over the pasta). Staff are friendly. This is a very special place and deserves to be a great destination hotel
The Sea Horse Inn overlooks and has direct access to a pretty beach and is just a short drive into Eden or out to the treasures in Ben Boyd National Park. Loved the breakfast delivered to our room and enjoyed on our private balcony. Also a bar and bistro just downstairs makes travelling in Winter just too easy.
Great value super cute motel with friendly owners in a very good location. And they're pet friendly! Pool is very refreshing after a long day in the car, and as a quick stroll to the boardwalk by the lake. Also, the tiles in the bathrooms are a thing of wonder 😃
The property was central to everything in Eden and was spacious for a big group.
The town is within 5 minutes walking distance from the property which is extra handy when you want to hit a cafe in the morning or a restaurant / pub in the evening for dinner.
Solid 3 star old fashion Hotel. We had a room on 2nd floor overlooking bay with great views. Walkable to Eden's attractions and restaurants. Manager was friendly. Room and bathroom were large and very clean. and quiet location. Economical priced.
The standard cabin we rented was clean and had all the basic required facilities. The creek and the private beach on the property, are the highlights of the Caravan park. The caravan park is a short drive to the town centre.
Lovely old hotel. Room was great; clean, comfortable & warm (it was late autumn). Loved the shower.
Staff were friendly. Close to many restaurants & pubs. Some good walks from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
The caravan park was very good and had a lot of amenities and things to do for the kids. It was positioned close to a beautiful lagoon with lots of wildlife and a beautiful boardwalk.
well located caravan park - nice pool with sitting area nearby - clean spacious comfy cabin with everything we needed - spa bath was great - 2 sofas were appreciated
Clean cabins, great staff. Lovely location, 5 mins into town. Short stroll to the beach, kids equipment and pool etc on site. Did I mention the great staff?!
