The location! Also beautiful place, clean, everything you need and generous hospitality.
Lovely cottages close to Middleton. The cottage was also close to Goolwa and Port Elliot. There was plenty to do close by with great beaches and surf and the nearby national park, and the picturesque sea side towns and villages along the coast. There were plenty of places to eat and browse the shops. Would highly recommend visiting.

the Beach huts and surrounds are well maintained and clean,...
the Beach huts and surrounds are well maintained and clean, continental breakfast supplies are very good, loved the fresh milk (if you don't like local full cream milk let reception know when you arrive, I'm sure they will accommodate your preference) access to the Beach huts is pretty easy and the traffic flow along the main road is easy to negotiate, car parking is very good under a carport next to your hut ( I reverse parked because it was easier to drive out) try the community shed in the centre of the grounds, take your favourite drink, light the wood fire and chat with your neighbours
Wendy and Tony were down to earth friendly and very helpful hosts, couldn't wish for better. Every thing in the cottage was spotless. Workable kitchen with plenty of plates, utensils etc. Well equipped bathroom. Cottage had a covered verandah with a pleasant outlook over the eucalyptus trees in the paddocks. Very quiet, peaceful and secure, yet only 5 minutes to the town of Middleton with a very popular pub for good quality meals.
Beautifully- built, extremely comfortable accommodation with every attention to detail.
We loved all the extras provided, including wine and chocolates.
All set in a lovely group of similar holiday cottages surrounded by cared-for gardens, a community kitchen and a tennis court with only a short stroll to Middleton Beach.
A luxurious stay which I would recommend to anyone.
A lovely little spot on the farm with a nice view. Not too far for a short get away and still close to nearby Middleton beach. We were greeted by a clean cottage with fresh eggs from the farm chooks, yum! Met the owner and their friendly farm dog. My 2.5 year old calls it her holiday home now. It was a great experience.
Set far away where you don’t have to worry about traffic and noise, close to nature kangaroos And bird wildlife and within driving distance to Middleton,Goolwa , Pt Elliott and Victor Harbour.
The owners are great and enjoyed talking with Wendy and playing fetch with Archie the owners dog.
The Beach Huts where Fantastic and my Family enjoyed our time in Middleton, the space between the huts was good. It was quiet and we could not hear anyone from any of the huts. Overall it was an amazing weekend, I would definitely suggest going to the Beach Huts to family and friends.
We had a great weekend away, loved the views and serenity and the kids loved playing with the dog and kangaroo spotting. The cottage was very well equipped and comfortable and the location was an ideal base for exploring Goolwa and Middleton
Beautiful beach huts. I went there with my mum, we enjoyed this trip every single bits, from lovely wooden house, friendly staffs, all the facilities and lovely location. Would definitely come back again.
