The room smelt stale like old cigarettes . I felt it was dated and needed a face lift but the bed was comfy and we enjoyed our stay and our breakfast in tbe restaurant.

Room was well appointed ( didn't need to ask for anything like extra toilet paper etc ) and space for all I needed, next door to a club for meals as well. Comfy bed as well.

Service, cleanliness and overall experience was exceptional as I've come to expect from this place.
No frills Motor Inn that focuses on doing the important things well.
I have stayed prior and will be booking again if I'm ever in the area.
Added bonus: The water pressure is better than an electric Gerni.

Stayed on a Friday night, room was tucked in a corner of the property so did not hear any noise from pub patrons in the pub. Bed was very comfy, room clean and well presented.

The Art Glass gallery is a must-see.
The Art Glass gallery is a must-see. It's right next to the Art Gallery, which is also good. All of this area has been given a big makeover and is quite special. Wagga also has fine Botanical Gardens but the standout is the free Zoo and Aviary, including a free-flight enclosure where birds land on your shoulders and generally seek your attention. I wish I'd had the time to see more!

An overnight trip whilst travelling to Melbourne so short and sweet. I liked the main shopping street and found an authentic Thai restaurant called G. Thai for some take-away dinner. Also enjoyed the Wagga Beach in the early morning - beautiful spot on the Murrumbidgee River with a walking track I wish I'd had more time to walk along.

I went to play in a Croquet Tournament.
The Croquet facilities were exceptional and the people of Wagga Wagga looked after us all extremely well. I will be returning next year for the Tournament.
As my time was spent on the Croquet Lawns I did not get to do anything else.
I did find a great coffee shop in the Sturt Mall - outside Big W.

We were very surprised by our brief stay in Wagga. We enjoyed the main street on Saturday morning. The lady at the Information centre was super friendly and helpful.
The beach and play ground was fantastic and could have spend a day there if we had of had time. Visited the Charles Sturt University cellar doors which was a great experience.
The choice of affordable eating options in the main street was great. i think that you could spend 3-4 relaxing days in to see the main attractions and not be pushed for time.

We really only had 1.5 days to explore Wagga Wagga, a large country town, with a broad range of shopping options, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs. We drove to Wagga Beach (Murrumbidgee River), which had pleasant rest areas and barbeques. It also has a large leisure centre and outlet centr.
The best part of our stay was the friendly staff both at the hotel as well as the restaurant, who were always willing to help whenever we needed anything. Best staff at any place we have stayed in Australia.
The location was also excellent, right in the city centre.
The food at the restaurant, where we had our dinner, was great too.
Nice sized room and location near the river.
I forgot my chargers and drove back a few hours later and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly and walked me back to the room to let me in as my pass code had expired.
Also - no single use plastics such as the little milk containers found in so many hotels - well done
Great location to stop and rest if you are on the road, staff are great, facilities are one of the best you can get, great breakfast before you start the next day, has become one of my favourite hotels to stay in Oz and have started here many times and will definitely come back again and again
This room was booked for my son and his 2 friends as he had his March out from Kapooka, He said mum best bed ever they all loved the room and were really happy with the location being really close to the main street. it was a wonderful stay in Wagga Wagga. Thank You
Location walking distance from hotel, restaurant really impressive menu great 5 star food, same menu for room service. Room spacious and very clean. Staff friendly and professional, nothing was to much especially when requesting a last minute upgrade.
Very comfy beds and neat and tidy rooms. Love the free sport and movie channels. Will be staying at this hotel every time I need to travel around Wagga. So convenient to just walk up the stairs and have breakfast and dinner at the club.
Great location close to the centre of Wagga Wagga, shops, restaurants and cafes, but surprisingly quiet for road it's on. Very nicely presented apartment, good furnishings, everything we needed for a weeks stay, secure garage.
Stopover between NSW and Victoria. Perfect location. Excellent facilities, clean and spacious room- looking out to a row of trees.
Everything we needed for a relaxing afternoon snd evening in Wagga Wagga.
The hotel was clean & comfortable. The owners are extremely polite and always willing to go that extra step to make you comfortable. Highly recommend hotel.
