The hotel is nice, the staff is helpful, but does not speak German. A small misunderstanding in the restaurant was resolved to our satisfaction.

Nice sized room with a lovely side view of lake. Next to station but hardly any noise! Really helpful receptionist who gave us the guest passes and pointed a few deals out to us. Free funicular down to lake. Lake beautiful and got to swim in it :-)
