Excellent airport hotel. Located in Rumlang, together with many other airport hotels. The Jet hotel is the closest to Rumlang train station, and is literally 4 minutes walk. Leafy quiet residential area, few restaurants around, but we chose to take the train into Zurich for a quick look and meal (12 mins, run every 10 mins) where there are endless choices. Rooms are excellent, clean, new, spotless. Breakfast was included in every room type, very good choice of typical continental items. The Rumlach hotels share a shuttle bus pickup service, at $11 it's simple and worthwhile

check in was very smooth and fast, the room was very well equipped and had all the amenities one could need, even a coffee Nespresso machine. we didn't have breakfast before we left but it looked quite good as its near the reception desk in the lobby, nice open space and very modern seating. outdoor seating option was also possible. our evening event was in Zurich, and even though its a bit far, taking the Tram 2 which is very close to the hotel, takes you to HB or wherever, without needing to change (within 15-30') depending on your destination. there is a garage and outdoor parking as well (CHF20/day)

Hotel Neufeld on the Goldbrunnenplatz square in Zürich-Wiedikon is just a 10-minute tram ride away from the centre of Zürich.

I booked this room on a last minute bargain deal. The room itself was furnished tastefully with nice finishes, including quality soaps, moisturizer, etc. The TV included many options in various languages, which was a definite plus. They have a great cafe located inside the hotel, complete with wonderful pastries and delicious coffee (not included as breakfast, but very convenient none the less). The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
