Unexpected find, located in a beautiful valley. The room was located across the road from the hotel in a newly renovated building which was excellent.
Dinner options were good and either casual bar or more formal dining room options available.

Location a bit remote, but very nice place to stay when you are doing a road trip. Shared toilets and showers are very clean. Peaceful place. Breakfast is good, missing a toaster though.

Spectacular mountain scenery. The funicular, tramways, railroads and cog railway, skiing and Grimselpass very close. The headwaters of the Rhone just the other side of Grimselpass. Lots of hiking opportunities.
