Radisson Blu Hotel Zurich Airport The Radisson Blu Hotel was a convenient and comfortable place to stay before catching an early morning flight out of the Zurich Airport. It took about 7-10 minutes to walk from the airport exit to the entrance of the hotel. Signage to the hotel was excellent and most of the walk is covered overhead. The hotel is “cash-less,” so be sure to have a credit or debit card to use and don’t do as we did, thinking we could use up our Swiss Francs on the hotel bill or in the bar or restaurant. The room was spacious and very clean and sound-proof enough that we did not notice noise from the airport. The lobby area is quite attractive. With an early morning flight out, we had breakfast at the airport rather than at the hotel, which worked fine. Bed was very comfortable. Wish we had known the room had a refrigerator and microwave as that would have been helpful for our early morning flight as we departed after the hotel's early bird breakfast bar ended, (long before our 6 AM departure) and did not have time to order a sit down breakfast.

check in was very smooth and fast, the room was very well equipped and had all the amenities one could need, even a coffee Nespresso machine. we didn't have breakfast before we left but it looked quite good as its near the reception desk in the lobby, nice open space and very modern seating. outdoor seating option was also possible. our evening event was in Zurich, and even though its a bit far, taking the Tram 2 which is very close to the hotel, takes you to HB or wherever, without needing to change (within 15-30') depending on your destination. there is a garage and outdoor parking as well (CHF20/day)

Easy check in. It was a good stay without extra luxury. If you just need a place to sleep then this is you place. Location is very good, close to the main station.

The Holiday Inn Zürich Messe is located between the airport and the city centre, next to the famous Hallenstadion concert venue, the fairgrounds, the Convention Centre and the Theater 11 music hall.

Fantastic location. Close to railway station and 10 or 15 min walk through old town to the harbour. Self check in was easy. Room was very spacious and comfortably warm. Dual aspect windows were nice and although it was decorated in dark colours, it felt cosy. The bathroom was spacious and had facilities to suit anyone with mobility issues.
