The food was incredible! The restaurant staff didn’t speak English but we had fun using the translate ap on my phone. They were very patient and some of our transactions were very comical

I came to run a race in Martigny and this hotel was superb and all I needed! Sure, it doesn’t have the amenities of bigger, flasher hotels, but it is perfect for what it is and what it advertises itself as. I will be back for sure!

The location of the hotel is perfect. Very close to the Barnes station, bus stops and everything. The room was perfect and the bathroom amenities were in good condition. The breakfast options were great. The staff is really friendly and extremely helpful.

It s difficult to do better. The hotel is located on a perfect spot with a great view on the lake. It had just snowed so the landscape was idyllic. Everything is brand new and each element chosen with taste. The spa is perfect with a small pool, a big jacuzzi, a resting room, sauna, hamam and massages options. From there you have a spectacular view on the lake.
The restaurant experience was unreal. The quite young chef is Italian and acknowledged to be a future star. I had never eaten so well. Everything from mise en bouche to the desert was made
With such care and the association of elements was very original, all with local Valais products.
The room was perfect with very confortable beds and a big and beautiful bathroom. A place to go back to as soon as possible.

We stayed in Orsières as an alternative to Champex (on the TMB) because it was a Swiss National Holiday and everything was sold out in Champex. We didn't explore Orsières but took a bus up to Champex and enjoyed our day there.
We stayed at La Catogne after planning last minute to do some skiing in Verbier. La Catogne was a short drive away from the La Chable list, which is very convenient.
The hotel rooms are simple but comfortable. The staff is very nice. The restaurant was a winner. We had originally only planned to eat there our first night but the food and service were excellent, so we ate their both nights. It is a bit off the beaten path, but made a great home base for Verbier skiing.
This is a lovely old (but modernised internally) hotel at the end of a wonderfully scenic branch line railway. The room I was given was large, very comfortable, well equipped and truly quiet.
The restaurant is brilliant, the service, food and wines excellent and it appears to be at the heart of the village judging by the numbers of locals using it.
I had stayed there once before and will certainly return.
The rooms are much nicer than they look in the pictures. I stayed in the triple room with a balcony (the last room available in Orsières for the OCC) and it was a very nice room with comfortable beds. It would be okay with 3 people. The proprietor is friendly and helpful.
It was quiet at night (although it may have been because everyone was racing in the morning!)
Typically Swiss hotel. Comfortable and well run. Often used by motorbikers - so ideal if you are on a motorbike. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about bikes. There was a garage where we could store the bike over night. Breakfast was fantastic. View from the room balcony was lovely and caught the evening sun. Bed was adjustable and very comfy.
We enjoyed our stay in Orsières. The hotel is right next to the train station. Plenty of parking at the hotel or up by the train station. The breakfast was great and the room was perfect for our family of 5. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We also ate dinner in the restaurant one evening and it was very good. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
A quiet and cozy hotel within easy walking distance of the station. Very comfortable rooms and with (in my case) a magnificent view from the terrace. The breakfast was great. Sep is a truly kind and genial and generous host. And absolutely excellent value for money.
The staff was wonderful I can not say enough about the staff in the hotel and restaurant the were very kind and professional. The hotel was nice and the restaurant and food was fantastic. Would stay again and recommend others to stay!!
I’d been hiking for weeks and staying in hotels, gîtes, and camping. I could never find a place that would do laundry until the Terminus. The staff were happy to oblige and friendly, going out of their way.
The stuff was more than kind, hotel situated in an incredible site, my window literally opens over the river, super extra clean, smelling the detergent on my sheets, warm, Cosy, great breakfast!
the staff was very helpful and we were able to leave our luggage there before check in time. it was very, very clean and the hotel restaurant downstairs was great with kind staff
This is a very friendly family-run hotel. The room and hotel generally are relatively basic. Good breakfast in the morning. Good value and very friendly owner.
