A quiet and picturesque village nestled under the mountains. The closest proper shop is 20 minutes away by bus but there are several good restaurants. Perfect for low-key walking or just sitting and looking at the scenery.

Owners are friendly and helpful and easy going. You get complimentary coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, honey, soap and more. Television and coffee machine is working. Apartment is clean and easy to find, fresh linen and towels. More expensive then hotels in sonogno but Hotels in Sonogno are always booked out or it's very complicated to book. We appreciated the message enquiring about our well-being on the morning of day 2. We loved the studio and the attention to detail. Nicola and Primo created a true gem. We are planning to return to Sonogno and for us it is clear: our next stay will be at Casa 21. Thank you both for a wonderful experience.

This is more like a pension in the mountains with the toilet and shower in the hall. This is stated in the description so I was not surprised. I do feel it is overpriced for the accommodations. The breakfast was bread, butter and jam…that’s it. However I did enjoy the cappuccino’s.
