Bed was nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful with giving us directions as to where restaurants are and how to get to the popular tourist attractions such as the Old Street or how to get to the high speed train station. She even mentioned how much it would cost when going by taxi so we wouldn't get scammed. Optional breakfast was very cheap and you can eat as much as you need for only 10 rmb.
Featuring traditional Huizhou style architecture, Hechun Inn is located about a 6-minute walk from Tunxi Ancient Street. The property features a terrace, as well as a shared lounge.

Owner and his wife were absolutely lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself wasn’t a beautiful style and very well kept very charming and much better than the big commercial hotels.
An indoor pool, well-equipped fitness centre are available at Crowne Plaza Huangshan Yucheng in Tunxi District. The spacious and modern air-conditioned rooms all come with free wired internet.

The location is good and I think the breakfast spread is nice. Overall, the hotel is large and the rooms are also good and comfortable as they are big and toilet is big too.
Boasting authentic homemade Hui dishes, Huangshan Old Street Xi'an Inn is located in Tunxi old street just 5 minutes' walk from Daizhen park. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.

Very helpful owner and staff, driver. Pickup service was prompt and helped us multiple times with driving places. Very clean, lots of extra toiletries. The house was adorable in a great location and very nice. Highly recommend for anyone in tunxi or huangshan area.
Situated along the historic Tunxi Ancient Street, Huangshan Old Street Courtyard is an old house of bricks and wood, a tranquil getaway from the hustle and bustle of cities.

The hotel is located in Tunxi Old Road, which is a historic district which is popular for tourists. However I myself was not there to visit Tunxi but rather the Huangshan mountain itself, so I didn't really explore the area too much. The hotel is in an old historic wooden building, and is somewhat hard to find (have to go down an alley). The staff member was very nice and helped arrange a bus for me to go to the mountain, which was affordably priced. However since the building is wooden, that means it's creaky, and there are noises that can be heard such as rain and people walking around. So, if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue. But overall I am satisfied with the hotel. Also the staff member helped deliver an item I left behind in the room, which I appreciate.
She town, historic center is great.
Shendu port, where we stayed at the end of our walk along the Xian'an flt like a ghost town and like the first time we were treated like tourists in an Asian country, which we do not really appreciate.
People following us trying to sell us things, etc.
Very few info on buses and other facilities but helpful locals.
Nothing much to do, all restaurants offer the same offering.
