It was a very nice stay on arrival from the airport nearby. The cabin is separate from the main house and surrounded by a lovely garden. There is everything one needs and a shop and a pizza place just around the corner. Very clean and the hosts were just wonderful.

The place looked pretty in the pictures. But it felt like a bait and switch. Or room was in the lobby. Each wall surrounded by either the parking lot,the lobby,the restaurant or the pool. Totally 0 privacy. I heard several conversations happening all at once. There was no ice for the rooms. Bar closed at 9. Our kids were in a separate building. Their shower was broken so they were told to shower in the pool shower in front of people. Our shower was only cold water so they all y in our room. Our fridges were unplugged and hot when we arrived. Our bathroom was above a dining room table with no windows. Only shutters so no privacy. The air conditioning was regulated so it was super hot in the rooms because all windows were shutters. Ants were everywhere. I mean everywhere. I would have rather stayed in a motel 6. The place could be as nice as the pictures if it was run and updated better.

Service at reception and the bar/restaurant was great. The room was spacious and comfortable. The lock on the door wasn't working properly to begin with but after I reported it, it was fixed very quickly. Food in the restaurant was good quality. The included breakfast was good. The pool table was a nice addition. The swimming pool was nice (not too cold), but you do get a bit of debri off the sourrounding vegetation, but that is hard to keep on top off all the time. I Uber'd to here from San Jose downtown with no problem.

Basic but good hotel near the airport. They were renewing the rooms when we were there. Ours was already really nice. Our car rental place was next door. They can help you with a taxi to the airport for 8$ and give you some fruits as breakfast if you leave early.

Room was fantastic. We stayed here when we arrived and before we left Costa Rica for 1 night because of it location near the airport. Breakfast was amazing and the steakhouse restaurant evening meal was exceptional. Ideal as an airport stop over hotel but it was such a nice place, I wish I had stayed longer.

Hotel Robledal provided the perfect ending to our Costa Rica trip, as we spent our final night here before flying back home the next day. The hotel's location is very convenient, just 15 minutes from the airport, and they offer a free shuttle service upon request (before noon), which made our departure hassle-free. The hotel offers a range of amenities, and we found it to be well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The restaurant at the hotel exceeded our expectations, offering delicious dinner and breakfast options with plenty of variety to choose from. We appreciated the quality of the food and the attentive service provided by the staff. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with a great bed and effective air conditioning, ensuring a restful night's sleep before our journey home. While our stay was brief, we couldn't find any issues or negatives with Hotel Robledal. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable accommodation near the airport.
