Situated in the centre of the picturesque village of Tochni, this rustic-style hotel is housed in a historic building, over 300 years old. It offers traditionally-furnished rooms with tiled floors.

The village is really quaint and lovely to walk around. Some lovely Taverna's with great food. The property owners were friendly and very helpful and replaced some things which had gone missing, like the 2 pin plug adapters for the TV and kettle.

Nice Hotel but Central London prices. One nights stay, a couple of wines in the bar and a 2-course meal = 593€ which we thought was far too much for a little village in Cyprus
Located in the charming village of Kalavassos and near the Akrotiri Bay area, this secluded retreat provides a peaceful and beautiful setting to pass an unforgettable vacation.

Location just off the village square was good. Rooms and bathrooms a good size. Staff very pleasant. Breakfast was probably good but the quantities of the dishes was small.
Sharing a stone building with an ancient Saint Mamas’s church, this hotel is located in a secluded spot in the heart of Lefkara. The restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine and Cypriot delicacies.

Small little village, great location to explore the island (a bit far from Paphos though) or to have a relaxed holiday stay , very close to few nice beaches, and in between Larnaca and Limassol. It has 2 taverns and a small grocery store. Super close to beautiful Lefkara.

Hidden in the valley the old stone traditional Cypriot village is a real delight that makes you relax the moment you arrive.
It has a village shop and a couple of restaurants for days when you want to relax by the pool and avoid the car.
The location is also perfect for going to nearby beaches or traveling into Limassol or Larnaca as based halfway between both. Plenty of walks and hiking, biking trails too if that is your interest.

It is a perfectly quiet location in the medieval village, ideal for those who are looking for a tranquil and secluded retreat. The convenient location allows for short daily trips to explore Cyprus. The village boasts a minimarket just a few minutes' walk away, as well as a tavern.

I highly recommend Tochni for staying.
I highly recommend Tochni for staying. It is a lovely village with a lovely tavern, great tourists (not the ones you find on the beachside in that horrible hotels).
It is very well connected to Larnaca, only 20 mins to the airport but it feels miles away from the busy city.
The nearest beach, Governor’s beach, is 10 mins by car and it was one of the best I found in my trip for quality of the water, secludedness, facilities (parking and tavern by the beach).
I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely traditional village - beautiful buildings and a great taverna - Nostos. Church in the centre with early morning bell-ringing, and waking up to the sound of the priest and birdsong.
Close to other lovely villages too.
The 'traditional and rustic' feel of Mespilo House was very nice. The village of Tochni is fairly remote and you'll certainly want a car to get around. There is a small shop and 2 Taverns/restaurants here, we ate at both Nostos & Tochni tavern - all standard food and very enjoyable. The breakfast that was included was excellent. The pool was small but ok to cool off. The rooms were refreshed with clean towels.
Basically, we used this as a base to explore the central and eastern parts of Cyprus.
Location not far from the sea by car, the pool was nice to soak the heat off, the inner yard is nice with lots of vegetation, kitchen suitable for simple cooking, air-conditioning.
breakfast included in the price - basic but you'll probably won't go away hungry, i actually was surprised that there was breakfast included. I believe their main business is the tochni tavern which seems to be popular with locals and they rent out the apartments in nearby traditional houses.
Host was very looking for you to feel welcome and went the extra mile for you to be okay and to feel good during your stay.
Food was varied and fresh good breakfast in general.
Also location was good, cute little town with short distance to Larnaca and Limasol.
Will definitely recommend it 100% and if we go back again to Cyprus, will definitely stay here.
Everything.
The place is wonderful, the host, George, is very caring and attentive.
The Tochni tavern, 3 mins walking distance, is a paradise and serves great food.
I stayed in other places during my holidays in Cyprus but this one was the best by far. Shall I return to the island, I will come back here without any doubts.
We spent only one night during our travelling via Cyprus island and we couldn't choose any better. Nice traditional building with cute apartments with everything, what you need for the stay. We have also visited the restaurant which is a part of property, and the food was definitely the best on the island. Totally recommend...
The place is nice, clean and very quiet, we have enjoyed our vacation here very much.
There are 2 taverns serving local food close to the appartment, there is a washing machine, big fridge and air condition.
A small espresso machine would be a nice benefit but we have managed and enjoyed Cyprus coffee localy.
We really felt like we had got into the soul of Cyprus with our room overlooking Tochni valley. Peace and quiet but still located well to get about.
Small touches such as bread and eggs as we arrived late though local shop nearby if you need anything.
We had a unforgettable stay in Danae House. Very friendly staff, quiet area, clean house, great view and comfortable beds. We really can recommend it. The restaurant “Taverna Tochni” is nearby and offers good food. The breakfast is also great.
This accomodation has a rustic ambience, fitting in nicely with the village it is located in and the surrounding area. It has everything necessary for a relaxing and peaceful stay in Tochni. Will surely be recommending this place to others.
Very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. The nearby Tochni Tavern is a good place for dinner, although it does involve a walk uphill. The location is very quiet and has a good view from the balcony.
Big studio with kitchen, nicely decorated and situated in an inner garden with a pool. Good breakfast and delicious dinner with big portions. Close to the beautiful village of Tochni.
