We went there with kids specifically because at this venue there's a monthly exhibition of insects and reptiles. The hotel is huge but well organised. I'd say it has its best days behind it but it's clean and comfy, the room was huge and the bed exceptionally comfortable. The staff was friendly. We were satisfied.

The staff was very nice: the lady at the reception helped us with parking and recommended a place to eat, another person called after we left telling us one of us left a jacket in the room. The location was great: 20 minutes to the center by tram.
