Quite lively town centre and lovely pond opposite property where you can rent pedalos etc.
Good restaurants/coffee shops/ Supermarkets.
We ate at Zwei Brüder and the food and service were excellent.
We only stayed one night whilst travelling back to the U.K., so did not explore much. We were going to visit the Museum of Energy, but it is currently closed during the week due to Covid.

The hotel was lovely. We loved our room and the option to do a Self Check-in. It is a great location if you would like to do some sight-seeing in nearby Aachen and the Eiffel region. We recommend this place for every season.
The hotel was situated in a super location, the owners were on hand to help always, rooms were super clean and nice. Really positive experience and stay, I would certainly recommend.
