The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly and spoke very good English. As a wheelchair user all aspects of my needs were catered for ie: automatic doors. An old traditional German Schloss, kept in excellent condition, in the nature, in the green next to a small lake. Stuff super. Breakfast super. The was room cosy and warm. The hotel its near the main street and also near the shopping street. In the room we find two chocolate for us. The help us with an iron. The staff was too suportive.
