This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the hotel and being a bit retro adds to its charm, the staff and the food were wonderful as always and I hope too return in the future.

Spacious and very clean room with fantastic views in very peacefu setting. Decor was a little outdated for us, but matched the historical building. Bathroom was modern and again very clean. Staff was very friendly and pleasant.

The Owner of the Property went above and beyond - he made a superb breakfast with wonderful local Eggs and Bacon on top of the Fresh German Breakfast rolls fresh from the Baker that day and lovely selection of cheese and meats etc. Owner Very friendly and could not do enough for his Guests! Excellent service. On arrival a very friendly welcome, the room had Air-Conditioning and was very clean and great shower. They have superb German Beer in the Pub with very friendly locals and the staff behind the bar were very friendly and very handy for the Motorway / stop through. Great place to re-charge batteries after a long drive and re-fresh. Will definately stay again. Great place!

The bed and bed linens were very comfortable. The location was good for our emergency stay due to DB strike, as it was close to the train station and places were we could have dinner and breakfast nearby.
