Honestly the best experience I have ever had in a hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable and carefree as possible. Mr. Abdul Rahman Al Qadi and the general manager Ms. Carmen in particular were extremely professional and helpful in addition to always being always pleasant. The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is perfect. We will definitely be back for years to come.

Reception is very professional and friendly, especially Ms.Mayar.. who helped us during the checkout… Rooms, are very comfortable and the housekeeping staff is professional and respond fast. Services at the hotel are amazing, starting with the restaurant that gave you a special experience (Chief Mohammad Tariq, Mr.Ahmad and Ms. Nourhan) all staff are helpful and taking care of everything!!
