From the delightful welcome to the sad farewell, our stay in Berzocana was a true pleasure. It is a quiet village inn with an excellent restaurant run by charming people who moved heaven and earth to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was fine and the dinner truly good. A 'super-slick' operation it isn't, but that wasn't what we wanted or expected. I often doubt reviews that say 'we will be back', but in this case we will definitely be back!

some starters seemed very big but thankfully the waiter did tell us on one occasion we would be better to share!

Everything! The location set in the most beautiful grounds. Laura and team were so nice and welcoming, great breakfast and delicious evening meals. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. It was on the edge of town, but only a short walk to the centre. Parking very easy in the carpark. Nice rural views from windows, quiet. Comfortable bed and room. An old-style hotel, like a throwback to the 1980s. Staff helpful and informative.

What a beautiful little hotel, totally in keeping with the old town of Trujillo. A beautiful little courtyard houses their restaurant. Absolutely superb ambiance. The room was perfectly suitable, if a little on the small side. The bathroom was nice, great water pressure! The bidet stopped the door from opening past 90 degrees, making it a bit small, but again, perfectly adequate.
The staff were very friendly, always actively greeting you. All in all, a wonderful stay.
