Staff at the restaurant are very kind. They provided us hot water (twice) free of charge, while in comparison other places typically charge 1 euro. The pilgrim meal was very reasonably priced (12 euro pp), and breakfast was excellent value too.

A nice large bedroom and related shared areas. Bathroom although shared was very spacious. The host was brilliant and cooked my wife and I a meal as we arrived later than expected for a small fee of course but well received. Tea and coffee facilities provided.

If you are doing El Camino and have the energy for the extra 1.6 miles (2.6kms) on flat terrain, I'd recommend the longer stride to Burguete, since it offers a few more amenities than Roncesvalles. Buen Camino
