The property had lovely views of the mountains. It was a very quiet location, away from the shops and restaurants on the urbanizacion itself which was nice. It also had a roof top pool which was perfect for the hot days. Owner responded promptly to questions in the lead up and during the stay, which is always reassuring.

The location was TOP and very quit and we were welcomed by a very friendly and helpful man who guide us to the room. The room was clean and tidy but the television was not working, the wifi was constantly interrupted and in the bathroom there was only handsoap no showergel, shampoo or conditioner.
The bed was nice but we missed an extra pillow.
The breakfast was below all standards and self-service so we went somewhere else even it was included in the price.
In the morning the host should be there but wasn't so we waked up the man who welcomed us yesterday evening to check out but the machine to pay electtonic was broken and we didn't have cash so we got a phonecall later to transfer the amount.
We had to pay 62 euro incl. breakfast and in my opinion way too much for this overnight stay.

Apartment was clean and tidy, the facilities were very good. Plenty of opportunity to relax and take in the views from the terraces particularly on the top solarium with the sofa seating. The complex was well maintained and had shops bars and restaurants to go to. Ruairi was a fantastic host, so helpful and available for any questions.
New Penthouse with a fantastic view offers a fitness room and free private parking, and is within 49 km of Roman Bridge and 49 km of San Esteban Palace.

Large covered outdoor space. a very well stocked kitchen with all utensils and appliances to hand. Air con in the bedrooms is a big bonus as it was hot when we stayed. Comfortable lounge with large tv and wifi for evenings in.

Only downside was shop was too far for some but took about 10 minute on foot so not to bad local supermarket there and huge gift shop with bars and restaurants lovely place
