We found the staff extremely helpful and genuine.A very down to earth approach and nothing was too much bother..Our Spainsh is limited ,but there was never any issue with getting what we needed. Everything was perfect: delicious breakfast (a wide variety buffet), super clean and comfortable room with a seaview, kind staff always ready to help. The location of Piramide is amazing: a few steps from hotel there is a litoral path alongside the coastline, Praia Paxarinas and Praia a Lanzada can be easily reached by car. Our room was cleaned immaculately everyday we returned. Breakfast staff very attentive too. Special mention to Susanne on reception who is very informative and so helpful. Her English is very good too. Just to mention that bus from Pontevedra goes directly in front of hotel. Ask for Canelas stop in portonovo.

I wish I could've stayed longer. It's a perfect place to spend a holiday by the sea, next to a cute beach. You can hear the waves crashing into the cliff when is quiet, delightful 🙂. Big thanks to all the ladies from Punta Seame for looking after me and making my stay so happy.
