The fantastic location opposite the monastery with a great view of it from my room. The bed was really comfortable in a spacious room. The owners are very welcoming. It has beautiful decor, an elevator and beautiful garden to relax in. Highly recommend staying here. Right on the camino.

The owners were incredibly nice and we were treated like locals at the bar at night. I highly recommend you get the Costillas (pork ribs) as your segundo, they were part of the menu of the day and the best thing we’d had along the Camino.

They asked me when and what I'd like for breakfast. The food was amazing, and they were extremely generous with the food as well. The room was simple, but extremely roomy, with a comfortable bed, and a homey rural esthetic. A packet of shower gel, shampoo, a toothbrush and toothpaste were offered, though I'd brought my own with me. This was a perfect stop after Samos, and close to Sarria on the Camino. There was a vending machine on my floor for snacks and reasonably priced. Laundry facilities were available at upper floor but you needed 4 x1 euro coins and I had none. The whole layout was state of the art and you’d be delighted to find such accommodation in big cities like Madrid, Barcelona or Paris. Great value for the price. Christian, the manager, was friendly and a great help with any problems (phone charger) and any questions I had about the area and Spanish football!

The property was beautiful and homey, and Cecilia was an absolutely lovely person. She was so friendly and helpful, and made us a spectacular breakfast on the day we left. So sad that her business will no longer be around for others to enjoy.
