Located in centre of town, and with underground car park, two plus points. Also small details were good.
Preserving its original façade, Hotel Central is set in an early-20-century building that once hosted the Bank of Spain. It has free Wi-Fi throughout the building.

Excellent staff, nothing was too much trouble. Just around the corner was the main shopping street. Restaurant opposite was also excellent. Both hotel and restaurant were very dog friendly which made our experience all the better. We had a small problem in the room however it was dealt with satisfactory.

We travel with our dog and this hotel is nearly perfect for an overnight stop. Dogs not allowed in the bar or resteraunt.
Rooms are separate from the main building . Covered free parking. Easy access to country track for exercise. Staff friendly but only a little English. Resteraunt is great value at set price. Breakfast is good and served in bar. House wine is local to Mudela and decent.

We have never stayed in such a hostile establishment before.
We have never stayed in such a hostile establishment before. We felt extremely uncomfortable. When we tried to check in we were ignored for some time. There was no English translation of the menu and the staff refused to help us. Unbelievably rude. I left hungry. I had paid for breakfast but they refused to serve me, although they served my husband.

A beautiful Hotel, well appointed, with nice outdoor seating in the gardens, under the trees, very restful. Lots of treatments and therapies available. Beautiful indoor pool. Our bedroom was spacious and well laid out. The bathroom was really nice and again well laid out. We liked the built in seat in the shower, at our age it was really helpful.

We have stayed here in the past and always had a good experience. We were a little late in arriving, even so the restaurant did us a very plesent meal.
If you arrive after the restaurant has closed there are very good tapas etc avalable at the 24 h cafe bar. Our accommodation was at the rear of the establishment witch was very quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff are very good and helpful.

Balneario Cervantes is a hotel/holiday apartment centre a couple of km off the E5. It's a good stop off point if your travelling south. It is also set up for families and groups. We stayed for one night. Check-in and out was straightforward.
Our room was simple, clean and relatively comfortable. There are lots of activities set up each day for the holiday makers. All are welcome and my wife enjoyed meeting other guests through those activities. The buffet breakfast was very good and set us up for our day.
Room was nice and warm when I walked in. There was radiator in the room and bathroom as well, all turned on, ready for my arrival.
Room was very clean, nicely updated and good size.
Hotel is in separate building from the restaurant with scheltered parking and each room has separate entrance.
Very good value for the price.
What was interesting is the fact that hotel is located just next to the highway, but traffic noise couldn't be heard at all.
Design of the rooms.
Our special appreciation goes to Xavier who was extremely helpful and friendly, which made our stay great experience.
Bed very comfortable, hotel absolutely spotless, staff very helpful. Aircon really good, bathroom modern and shower excellent. If you like Eco friendly then stay here.
