Very nice hotel near Madrid’s busy center. Comfortable rooms, good bed and shower. Good parking garage, I could not use the EV charger as it did not function at the time. To visit the center I highly recommend the electric bikes from CITIMAD (at the entrance of the garage), very cheap and great experience. I also tried TIER, avoid them at all cost, they are 20 times (really!) more expensive, plus they double charge your creditcard. All in all, a great visit Madrid experience. I warmly recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly and very helpful with mapping out the city and food options. Although our room was a little tight, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. It was great for the price! The hotel was beautiful and cozy. We didn't eat at the hotel. The park across the street was great for a walk or run, it's beautiful. Although the hotel is located away from most of the shopping, it was a nice hike and we enjoyed the walk through the city.
