We were happy with the room but very unhappy that the hotel management were inflexible with our requested cancellation especially given that we were previous guests. The hotel blamed Booking.com for being unable to cancel but this was not true - see below.

We were in the middle of the old town. It was an amazing location, close to everything, including some great tapas restaurants.
