The room was super comfortable for relaxing and a great night sleep.
A lovely old hotel in a very nice location. We got a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the ruins of San Pedro. Great value for money with a very nice restaurant and bar on the ground floor.
Apartment was well equipped, clean and the host met us with the keys. He was charming and very helpful. The location is on the outskirts of Viana. It's a quiet, secure neighbourhood. Parking was on the street and free. Note that it is an uphill walk to the walled historic heart of Viana, c 500 metres. We did not attempt to park in the city but you can drive up there.
The owner speaks excellent english which is helpful in understanding the details of the apartment. The owner was accommodating and prompt in all aspects of booking, communication and checkin. Very clean and comfortable bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. I would return here again to stay if I came back to Viana.
Nothing to like about B&B hotel other than the staff were very pleasant.
The main lobby was under construction, the location part of an unattractive shopping centre in the out of town commercial park. I had unstable internet when I booked and therefore had not appreciated the exact location.
excellent hotel right by the motorway, we were travelling to Santander to catch the ferry back to the UK.
comfortable beds, great shower.
Spotlessly clean, COVID rules adhered to, dog friendly and a reasonably priced restaurant on site.
Friendly, efficient staff.
Great location with beautiful common areas. The bedroom was a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The hotel has a very nice bar and restaurant, with both indoor seating and outdoor seating in the plaza. I enjoyed my stay.
The atmosphere in the hotel when you arrived was very friendly, the room and bed were comfortable.
We had evening meal - staff were excellent, helpful and nothing too much trouble.
Breakfast next morning same staff - excellent.
We stayed one night while on the Camino. Accommodation in Viana was in short supply. Spotless clean, great location, access was straightforward, and the staff person was helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again
2 full bedrooms, a great kitchen ‘ living space.
I liked that the apartment had lots of windows with multiple rows of clothes lines to hang clothes, and the washing machine was a bonus. Thanks for the detergent!
Parking outside the hotel. The bedroom was huge and the bed was enormous! Good sized bathroom. Their restaurant is next door and the food was good. The breakfast buffet included scrambled & fried eggs and bacon.
Staff saved the day by picking us up as we came into Viana on the Camino and then could not find the street on the map as it was way below the old city. Very clean and nicely appointed.
If your on the Camino and want to pamper yourself this is the place. The town is so nice. And the food at the hotel is great. also the staff went above and beyond.
it was ok for a 4* hotel, however not exceptional, we liked the fact that it was out of town, however resembled a shopping mall rather than a hotel overall
