No wifi in the property?! The sky lights, which were shown in the pictures of the property at the time of booking, we were not allowed to open them. There were warnings on the walls not to open them?! On asking the Sabine, she said it's not allowed? The neighbourhood was very run down. There is no light at night outside the building, so it was very hard to find

The residence has a good location in a quiet area. There are plenty of parking places, no charge. It can be crowded sometimes, mainly in vacations or hollydays. Seems to be a very popular place for French, 90% of the cars had French license plates. Restaurants have very good food in the area (not quite cheap though). Wonderful paths in the woods for walking or biking, nice thermes, swimming pool, ice skating and skiing (indoor). Overall i think it's a good ratio between the price and the offer.

I didnot like the run down neighbourhood and the fact that when advertised the property was shown in different light, then what our experience was. What i like was there was a vaccume in the room then help me clean. And it was nice to have a bed set up when we arrived. Wewent there for our k8ds skiing classes at the sniw world resort. Kids had a great time. Hot Springs were so crowded the que was endless n it was raining, we could not stand outside with kids in the rain n wait so we decided to ditch it n went for bowling instead.

really good if you want to stay on the property or go to the zoo.
area was really quiet, but apart from walks in the woods or walking to the zoo or the chain restaurants around you needed a car for everything. not much healthy food options around though, that was a shame.
we also visited Metz, a really nice town.
we also went to the local town for dinner but couldn't find any local restaurant or bistro so it was was not worth it.

Difficult to get to when we arrived at night in January seemed we were the only people staying there. This really is a Summer resort for families
as all the facilities there were closed.
Because it was Monday night restaurant was closed and restaurant across the road was also closed. We the drove 5 minutes away for Mc Donald’s !!!
Hotel is fine for cheap bed if travelling in the Winter.
Basic and clean hotel which is conveniently located when travelling through France. There is ample parking directly outside the entrance and a number of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. I chose this hotel en route from the UK to Germany as I wanted secure parking space for my motorbike and also wanted places to eat within a short distance - the hotel was ideal on both counts. It is fairly basic in terms of rooms and facilities, but this was as expected. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic but fine.
Very nice hotel in a beautiful town. The girl at the desk was extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. She gave us local advice and even put our cooler ice packs in the kitchen freezer overnight. The morning desk man was also very polte. Real nice room with large balcony. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Will definitely stay here again on our way to Spaiin.
Lovely hotel. Nice decor. Staff welcoming and friendly. Large rooms. Separate WC from the shower room. Vast selection of TV channels, safe and coffee making facilities. Balcony. Well placed for restaurants and activities. Ample parking. I can't believe I have missed this hotel when passing through Metz in past visits. We will book a longer stay next time.
Nice, clean rooms. Little of the Route de Soleil. But in the middle of an amusement area. So many of restaurant and bars to go to. Quite hotel and good to stay for 1 night. Parking on the premises is for free. Nice area to stay.
Hotel is really nicely located, in a forest area and close to many restaurants and attractions. Room was spacious and quiet, facing the forest, bed was comfortable. The breakfast is quite good for few options for all tastes.
The hotel looks good, it’s located in a quiet, green area, next to the casino and with several good restaurants around (Chinese, Japanese). The breakfast was rich in pastries of very good quality.
Clean. Good breakfast. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Room was very nice and spacious for a family of 4. Very close to the zoo, which was the purpose of our visit. Ample parking available.
Hotel is situated in a picturesque place. Large rooms, with a small kitchen where you can find all necessary stuff for cooking, beautiful territory, therms are nearby. Definitely recommend it!
Our previous hotel cancelled our reservation in the last moment and we had almost no options around. Fortunately we were able to book Enzo in the last moment and everything went very well.
Excellent value for money for this hotel standard, new and comfortable room (a bit small though), friendly and professional service, close to several decent restaurants reachable on foot
Hotel is perfectly located, with plenty of parking at the hotel. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast.
There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The communication of the hotel with all the needed information was proactive from the side of the hotel and quite easy.
The place of the hotel was amazing. If you plan to go to the zoo, it is right in front of the entry ! Plus is has multiple restaurants and fast foods in the same streets.
