The room was a good size - not cramped at all. Very clean with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is quiet and fairly close to the Carpentras train station. There is a lift to all floors. The continental breakfast was nice, but no hot food other than boiled eggs. It costs £12 pp.
The owners were attentive and helpful.

Isabelle is a kind and accommodating host. I felt at home straight away. She let me use the kitchen, watching movies and enjoyed the fire. The bed is the best so far during my travels through Europe.

Great for visiting the surrounding countryside, particularly the imposing and formidable Mont Ventoux; if you like open-water swimming in lakes, there are many possibilities near Carpentras, which is what attracted me there. The old town has been nicely restored and maintained.

Beautiful small city in the heart of Provence, France.
Beautiful small city in the heart of Provence, France. The small plazas with fountains are so exquisite. The Friday open air market is amazing. Lots of things to see and great restaurants to eat at. Easy to circulate on foot. Delightful weather in September.

Carpentras is a good centre for anyone wanting to easily get to the vineyards of the southern Rhône.
There is now a rail service to Avignon and a large free car park at the Carpentras station so no worries about parking in Avignon.
Perfect apartment as always, comfortable, clean and with everything you need in the apartment, it's really worth staying in this apartment, it's close to everything, supermarket, pharmacy, bars, restaurants everything you need is nearby, in walking distance and you can go to all these places on foot, without the need for a car.
The owner super agile because of my carelessness I left the key inside and the owner called the locksmith for me. Thank you, Stéphane, for everything once again, and until next time.
Our hosts were so hospitable and friendly and let us check in even though we had arrived far earlier than we had anticipated, which was very kind. Our suite had a fully-equipped kitchen which came in very useful as we bought some food and ate at the hotel in the evening. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.
Very central location. The ability to be able to park in a secure garage was good. The breakfast was excellent. A wide selection of hot and cold foods. The one way system around the city is very confusing. A good standard that one expects from a Best Western hotel.
Sylvaine received us with a warm welcome! The apartment is well located right in the center with a terrace and a view of Mount Ventoux. Clean and well supplied. The bed was very comfortable. When we go back to Carpentras, we will stay here again.
We loved the breakfast. It was fabulous and included home made yoghurt and jams, plus local cheese. Also loved the location ahead of climbing Mt Ventoux to see the tour de france. A good base.
Perfect location, very quiet, with a nice garden and extremely nice hosts.
The kitchen has got all necessary equipment, incl. salt, pepper, herbs and coffee. Not far from Carpentras.
Here is my BEST Best Western so far.
The interior is good. Breakfast is really good. The staff is good.
We had bikes and those were stored in the cloakroom safely.
Although the facilities are not the newest, this lovely hotel will charm you with a beautiful patio, an eccentric interior, excellent breakfast and friendly host.
