Friendly and sociable hostess (who also speaks excellent English) makes a point of welcoming and seeing off guests personally on arrival and departure. I was offered (at the booking stage) the option of an evening meal but I don't eat in the evening. Other guests evidently enjoyed the meal occasion. Room (bedding) and ensuite (towels) were tip-top. Location is quiet and peaceful in this renovated farmstead. Breakfast (continental) was modest (tea/coffee, juice, yoghurt, breads.pastries and choice of jams), coffee was good.

We were the only guests; made very welcome and left to pic-nic in the dining room/kitchen. Wonderfully quirky decoration to bed room and bathroom.

Very pleasant host and great house. Lots of room. A bit remote, especially if arriving at night. A great pizzeria nearby on the main road.
Will definitely look to book again.

Historic mansion in quiet street off main square in the top Old Town. Close to shops, restaurants, and sites - Cathedral 5 minutes away.. Large room with comfy bed and good shower. Breakfast was fine, coffee, juice, and bread and croissant.
Friendly and helpful owner, giving us restaurant recommendations and advising on parking in the square
Like going back to an old fashioned French hotel. On arrival our keys were in the hallway as the lady of the hotel doesn't appear until about 18:30 but she was really friendly and made you feel at home. Bedroom was spacious and clean. Dinner menu was limited but with delicious food. The same with breakfast. This was really like returning to the France we love, not an anonymous chain hotel, but one with true character.
Old-fashioned, charming hotel. Beautiful old building and friendly, kind staff. Our family room turned out to be two adjoining en-suite bedrooms which thrilled our teen! Pizzas were delicious! Gorgeous little dog called Peps, who made our day! Felt like a proper independent French hotel experience!
A comfortable and friendly small hotel with a nostalgic feel. The staff made us feel very welcome. Tasty evening meal and very comfortable bed.
Easy drive from the A26 but make sure you exit at Laon and not Rheims, unless you want a roundabout ( and pretty) drive through the countryside.
the location is very good, quiet and easy to reach from the motorway. The private parking is very secure. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, possibly the absolute best thing about the hotel, together with the delicious compotes served for breakfast. Very clean bathrooms.
it’s a recently renovated hotel, very comfortable and yet has managed to retain a yesteryear charm.
the staff are evidently happy in their work and very concerned for customer comfort. I felt that they really went out of their way to make my stay comfortable.
The hotel is old, but repaired. Breakfast is served. A bit french for a Dutchman, but ok. They have also option for dinner, so you can have a good stay in this hotel.
