We have been to Elne several times before, we enjoy the small village, that is in two halves the old and the new, our house was situated opposite the ancient church and cloisters. it is also ideal for exploring other towns Collioure which is a favourite. Ideally one would need a car to explore and Perpingnon Airport is only a half hour drive from Elne there are shops and a larger supermarket close by.CiaranIreland
