Location is fantastic, lovely neighbourhood, supermarket is in the building, all what is needed is on a walking distance including Croissette. Parking place is excellent and in front of the building. Apartment is great and comfortable equiped with all that someone need for a stay.
Nicolas was very polite and available to help and answer all questions.
Fully recommendation for this accomodation.

the apartment is part of a private home of a very nice elderly couple - the price (mipim…) was absolutely fair and all tidy and clean. the apartment interior is partly 70th but all functional and good bed - spacious as well

The apartment was big, with a terrace. The bathroom is huge. The aparthotel is part of a senior home, or something like that, that's why the apartments have accessibility functionalities.

I would not recommend le cannet as a destination. The flat was uncomfortable so we went for a walk but it’s a really gritty area There are better places outside of Cannes to enjoy your holiday in the south coast

The host had left some drinks and snacks for us to enjoy, as well as lovely shower gels, soaps and towels. She also had some washing machine tablets so we could wash some clothes. Overall it was the perfect stop over for us on our tour of France, and one of the best places we stayed in. The air con also worked well and kept the place cool.

So it is very convenient in the case you use buses as your mode of transportation. It is located 12 min to Cannes Station by bus. The apartments are very quiet as it is not located on a main street and are inhabited by locals.
